The control and performance of this paddle is Gearbox's 14mm (0.55") carbon fiber SST core, which uses vertically aligned carbon fiber tubes to achieve a large sweetspot and impressive vibration damping.
Gearbox Pickleball's Pro Control Elongated Paddle relies on the SST core for performance, and is perfectly complemented by Toray T-700 carbon fiber face material and TXR Surface Grip technology.
The overall dimensions of 41,91 x 18,73 cm (16 ½” x 7 3/8") are worthy of the 'extended' label. This hitting surface extends right to the edge, thanks to the unprotected edge design for which Gearbox is renowned.
Finally, with the "silent technology" that Gearbox has integrated into its Pro Series paddles, the sound is lower in decibels when the ball hits the paddle.
